Morning Workout
Adults of all ages and fitness levels are welcome to join us for a high-energy, low-impact workout including warm-up, strength, cardio and balance exercises.
Homeschool children are invited to spend time together working on logic, technology and artistic endeavors while their parents share ideas and tips with each other.
We’re adding a video-led yoga session for beginners to our health programs. This class is in addition to the Saturday instructor-led yoga practice.
