Morning Workout
Adults of all ages and fitness levels are welcome to join us for a high-energy, low-impact workout including warm-up, strength, cardio and balance exercises.
Homeschool children are invited to spend time together working on logic, technology and artistic endeavors while their parents share ideas and tips with each other.
This video-led chair yoga class is for all ages, but especially for those who want to explore yoga and those who aren’t comfortable getting on the floor. This class is in addition to the Saturday instructor-led traditional yoga practice.
