The library is partnering with the Whitley County Health Department to provide QPR training for free. Question, Persuade, Refer, or QPR, is an opportunity for everyday citizens to identify and guide possible suicidal people to help. The training is free, but registration is required. To register, call the health department, at 260-248-3121, ext. 6.
